Tiene como autor a la Arq. Alicia Alvarez Iturregui y fue declarado de inter\u00e9s\u00a0 municipal seg\u00fan ordenanza del HCD N\u00ba 2204\/98.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de la calle De Las Artes, se desarrolla un recorrido que<strong> parte del Centro Comercial y culmina en un espacio verde,<\/strong> en el que se encuentran elementos significativos para la comunidad de Pinamar, como la plaza Homenaje al arq. Bunge, el Homenaje a los Pioneros, una de las primeras casas, el Playas Hotel, etc.<\/p>\n<p>This space will be revalued as the Historical Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) AREA OF INTERVENTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Se realizar\u00e1 en:<br>\nOpci\u00f3n a) Espacio comprendido entre l\u00edneas municipales<br>\nOpci\u00f3n b) Incluyendo parte de los lotes frentistas, incorpor\u00e1ndolos al espacio p\u00fablico calle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) CHARACTER OF THE STREET<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>- Typology of pedestrian street, with a differentiated sector through which cars may circulate at low speed, only with the character of a walk or access of inhabitants to front lots.<\/p>\n<p>- The street space will form a route that will find points of interest, hierarchical spaces, such as bar expansions, \"urban living spaces\", sculpture exhibitions, etc., until it culminates in the Historical Center.<\/p>\n<p>- Unification of sidewalk and street in the same plane, without unevenness, by means of a continuous treatment of the floor, separated by means of milestones.<\/p>\n<p>- Integral design of the urban equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Options: Unify designs.<\/p>\n<p>Diversity of designs, maintaining the unity and harmony of the whole.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) STREET LAYOUT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>- Its layout will be irregular, alternating curves and straight lines within a base grid, with the intention of enhancing its character as a walk, inducing driving at low speed, (20 Km\/h.)<\/p>\n<p>- Variety of textures.<\/p>\n<p>- Variable width, giving rise to parking on municipal line, access to garage, etc.<\/p>\n<p>- The last section of the street will be eliminated, landscaping it, to form the top space and recover the center and origin of the urban fabric as a symbolic element, (in the case of Calle de las Artes)<\/p>\n<p>- Its flexible design will even contemplate the possibility of modifying its layout, relocating the landmarks (in case the parking lots are moved over a municipal line, for example).<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) PARKING ON MUNICIPAL LINE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They constitute important architectural barriers, which we will try to neutralize in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- Through the design of the floor, giving it continuity with the urban space.<\/li>\n<li>- Parking lots may be moved to nearby (adjacent) lots, leaving that space to be used as \"urban living places\", location of kiosks, green areas, sculpture exhibition, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5) GREEN AREAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recuperaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas verdes a trav\u00e9s de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recovery of green areas through:<\/li>\n<li>- Large lawns, invading the sidewalk space, where sculptures can be exhibited. In this way the green areas of the buildings are visually incorporated, and the abrupt cut that marks the municipal line is eliminated, achieving a greater integration.<\/li>\n<li>- Incorporation of green in the different elements of the equipment: benches, lighting columns, etc.<\/li>\n<li>- Incorporation of \"green plans\", plans of trellises covered by vines, which help to delimit spaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6) LIGHTING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">We will work with two scales:\na) pedestrian, accompanying spaces on a human scale.\nb) urban, illuminating the buildings, highlighting them as a background.<\/p>\n<p>A criterion will be followed that responds to the total design of the street. Non-conventional arrangement of the lighting elements, will be distributed according to what is desired to highlight in each space, different colors, groupings, variety of designs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7) HISTORICAL CENTRE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the elements that give it its status as a Historic Centre listed above, it will be conceived as a flexible space that can be adapted to different types of uses that will constitute its main attraction:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>- Amphitheatre, where cultural events and activities, open-air concerts, theatre, shows, etc. will be held.<\/li>\n<li>- Viewpoint, view of the landscape, city, sea.<\/li>\n<li>- Museum, open air museum, Cultural Center, School of Arts, etc.<\/li>\n<li>- Craftsmen's Fair.<\/li>\n<li>- Children's play area, with sculptural forms, forming part of the integral design of the street.<\/li>\n<li>- Itinerant exhibitions that are a special attraction: aquarium, butterfly park, plants, etc.<\/li>\n<li>- Meeting place, esplanade to see the sea (stage).<\/li>\n<li>- Reforestation to neutralize the action of the winds and frame the visuals to the sea.<\/li>\n<li>- Incorporation of water as a symbolic element by means of an irregularly shaped fountain. Coming from the street, it surrounds the stage, with lights and sound.<\/li>\n<li>- Recovery of the geometric center that originates the plot as a symbolic element. In the past, when cities were founded, a \"magic circle\" was described, within which a plot of land was defined that had to be sacred and inviolable. This separate plot of land, dedicated to the divinity, was often covered with a grove.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8) STREET-EXHIBITION CHARACTER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This walk will be, as its name indicates, a \"Walk of the Arts\", where all kinds of cultural events related to art will take place.<\/p>\n<p>El dise\u00f1o del solado ser\u00e1 concebido como una pintura, que ser\u00e1 apreciada de distintas formas de acuerdo a la ubicaci\u00f3n del espectador (desde los distintos pisos de los edificios, desde la calle, etc.), y cuyo tema central ser\u00e1 la reformulacion de elementos simb\u00f3licos del lugar: el mar, las olas, los habitantes del mar: peces y caracoles, pinos, los nombres de las calles podr\u00e1n estar representados en el piso por medio de dibujos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The urban equipment: lighting, benches, baskets, flowerpots, fountains, signs will be like real works of art forming part of the integral design of the street, as if the floor was extended forming volumes of different shapes and colours.<\/p>\n<p>The businesses will preferably be related to art and culture: painting, literature, music, art galleries, exhibition centers, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Design objects, sculptures, murals, projections, permanent and itinerant exhibitions will be displayed on the street.<\/p>\n<p>Designers and artists will be invited to participate both in the design of equipment and to exhibit their work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The street will be conceived as a living work of art, which will be completed with the participation of man as part of this kind of great urban sculpture.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>From the commercial point of view it will be like a big open-air shopping mall.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><a style=\"color: #33cccc;\" href=\"https:\/\/arquitectaalvareziturregui.com.ar\/en_gb\/paseo-de-las-artes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">See here more images about the Paseo de las Artes project in Pinamar<\/a><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El proyecto consiste en la transformaci\u00f3n de una calle en un espacio urbano, en donde la calle propiamente dicha y la vereda se unifican a trav\u00e9s de su dise\u00f1o integral.
